Shipping policy

Refract Worldwide LLC strives to ship orders within 4 business days. The first business day starts the day after you place your order. For example, if you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, business day one will be Monday (provided Monday was not a holiday). If you placed your order on a Tuesday, business day one will be on Wednesday. Business days are M-F, and do not include weekends and/or holidays. Although it can occasionally be longer than this, it is usually on the shorter end of that time frame. Please be sure to check your order status through our store for updates on your shipping and tracking information.

We offer flat rated shipping for all items. All orders will be shipped within 4 business days from the date the order has been processed. Items are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEX and/or DHL.
